Automatically Reply when client confirms appointment
Instructions on how to automatically send a SMS Auto Responder to your client when they confirm their appointment.

1. Click on Settings then > Scripts
2. Click on Add Script
3. Give your script a name like "Thankyou"
4. Type your thank you message.
5. Click on Save
6. Click on Settings > Post Appt Follow Up Auto Responder
7. Click on Add New Workflow
8. Type "Thankyou"
9. Change Trigger Event to "Client Confirms Appointment"
10. Click "Apply to All Calendars"
11. Click on Active
12. Change script to use "Thank you"
13. Check SMS
14. Change Action to "Auto Responder"
15. Click on Submit
