Our first-class Zoom integration allows you to automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting when someone schedules an appointment through your booking calendar.
Connecting your Zoom account
To connect your Zoom account click on the Booking Menu link in the navigation bar and click integrations.
Click the Zoom Meeting link to connect your Zoom account. You will be asked to authenticate with Zoom.
Once connected go to Booking > Services and edit on any service. You can then set Is Zoom Meeting to true. Your can repeat this process if you have multiple services you wish to create Zoom meetings.
Whenever a booking is now made Appointment Reminder will automatically create a Zoom meeting with a unique meeting ID. Instructions will be included in the email you and your client receives with instructions on how to join the Zoom Meeting.
Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you’d like to disconnect your Zoom account from Appointment Reminder, follow these steps:
Click on Booking > Integrations
Click the Disconnect Zoom Account button.
Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage> Installed Apps or search for the Appointment Reminder app.
Click the Appointment Reminder app.
Click Uninstall.
