When your customer replies to a text/email or voice call we will update the subject in Google Calendar (you can turn this off if you want).

The following responses are possible:

[CONFIRMED] - Customer Confirmed the appointment

[NOT GOING TO MAKE IT/RESCHEDULE] - Customer declined/canceled the appointment.

[SMSREPLY] - Customer replies but we couldn't determine the response.

If you want to edit these statuses for example use [C] instead of [CONFIRMED] you can do the following.

Click on Settings > Business Settings

Update the text and click save.
