When you first signup you will be given a 10 digit local number that matches the area code of the number you provided on signup. If you need the number changed then please reach our support via live chat.
Numbers will be sent from a pool of normal phone numbers. This is normally fine and most customers leave it like this. Alternatively, we can send from your own number or a company name. If we choose either of these two latter options then Appointment Reminder won't be able to process any responses, for example updating your calendar with the reply from clients.
