USA/Canada:
When you first signup you will be allocated a 10 digit local number that matches the area code that matches the area code you used on signup.  If you need the number changed then please reach out to support via live chat.  This number is dedicated to your business only.

It is NOT possible to use a number you own.  However if someone call the dedicated number assigned to your business the phone call will be forwarded the number you choose.  

United Kingdom:
Numbers will be sent from a pool of normal phone numbers. This is normally fine and most customers leave it like this. Alternatively, we can send from your own number or a company name. If we choose either of these two latter options then Appointment Reminder won't be able to process any responses, for example updating your calendar with the reply from clients.

Australia:
