Confirm a appointment reminder has been sent
If you want to see a list of all recent Appointment Reminders that have been sent to your clients you can do the following:
- Login to Appointment Reminder
- Click on Reports at the top of the screen
- Click on Transactions.
This will show you the date and time of recent transactions and the status of each of the appointment reminders.
Alternatively, you can view when SMS messages were sent by looking at the calendar.
- Looking at the web calendar you will see a little mobile icon beside the appointment if a text reminder has been sent. You can hover your mouse over the appointment to see when it was sent.
You will be able to see a list of recent transactions and the date they were sent to your client.
Appointment Reminder sends appointment reminders in batches about every 5 minutes. If you've just loaded an appointment you might have to wait a couple of minutes for it to arrive.
