1. go to https://appointmentreminder.com and click the signup button

2. Signup Page

Enter your Email address and Password and click signup

3. Verify Email Address

Open your email client (Gmail, Outlook etc) to verify your email address. If the email cannot be found check your Spam/Junk Box. Click the verify link in the email.

4. Enter your company information

5.Connect or set up calendar

Connect a calendar of your choice from Google, Outlook, Redtail or our other selections to get your external appointments loaded for sending.

6. Choose Appointment Template.

Choose a base template for your reminders, this can be changes and customised later with links, automated information and more.

7. Complete Credit Card Information

We require credit upfront to start your 14 FREE trial. We do this to reduce spam and protect our customers. You won't be charged until your trial is over. You can cancel anytime during your trial and you will not be charged.
